Cristofer Correia
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Cristofer Correia is the founder and CEO of GobernAI, an explainable artificial intelligence GovTech platform that helps governments plan and evaluate public policies with greater evidence, foresight, and legitimacy. In this role, he promotes a new paradigm of public decision-making based on multi-agent systems, iterative citizen simulation, and intelligent territorial dashboards.
Correia, as a Chevening Scholar, completed a master’s degree in Public Policy at the University of Bristol (United Kingdom) and holds a master’s degree in Government and Public Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). He also completed a specialization in Strategic Urban Planning at the Ibero-American Center for Strategic Urban Development (CIDEU) and was a Fulbright Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at the University of Minnesota (USA) in the area of public policy with an emphasis on public space. In addition, he has been selected by Stanford University for its international program on democracy, development, and the rule of law.
He has combined this solid academic background with extensive practical experience in public management and political leadership. He was Director General of Citizen Participation in the National Assembly of Venezuela, National Training Coordinator for the Voluntad Popular political party, and Professor of Public Management at the Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB), where he also served as faculty representative at the Business School.
