Evelyn Pinto

Chief Public Affairs & Engagement Officer (CPAEO)

Evelyn Pinto is a Venezuelan political scientist with a Master’s degree in Public Management (IESA) and more than 25 years of experience in political leadership, gender-focused public policy, and high social impact project management. She has held key positions such as Director of Culture of the National Assembly of Venezuela (2016–2020), leading in a context of high institutional conflict, and is National Coordinator of the Alliance of Women Politicians, a platform that brings together female leaders from different parties and organizations to influence the democratic and rights agenda.

Her career combines political action with civil society management and private entrepreneurship. She has been chief project advisor at A.C. Consorcio, Desarrollo y Justicia, coordinating initiatives funded by the European Union and other international organizations, and has designed training programs on human rights, women’s leadership, and citizen participation. As a consultant, she specializes in gender mainstreaming and project design and monitoring methodologies.

Internationally, she was selected in 2023 for the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program of the US Department of State, in the Women as Drivers of Social and Economic Change program, and has collaborated with networks and NGOs in Latin America and Europe. In addition, she is co-founder of an innovation project in the educational entertainment sector (El Templo Escape Room), which demonstrates her versatility and entrepreneurial vision.

With a solid academic background, executive experience in high-pressure contexts, and a network of alliances ranging from multilateral organizations to social movements, Evelyn Pinto represents transformative leadership, capable of building bridges between the public sector, civil society, and international cooperation to generate sustainable change.
