Aldo De Santis

Chief Political Strategy Officer (CPSO)

Political consultant, lawyer, and master’s degree in political communication, with more than 15 years of experience in electoral campaigns and government communication, working mainly in Spain, Mexico, Peru, and Venezuela, among other Latin American countries.

He has been an advisor to municipal, regional, and national governments, as well as to legislative bodies and diplomatic missions.

He is the founder and president of the Ibero-American Center for Political Communication and Government (CICOMP), with more than 1,000 students trained throughout Latin America.

He has been a professor at Camilo José Cela University (Spain), Andrés Bello Catholic University (Venezuela), and a visiting professor at George Washington University (USA).

He holds a Master’s degree in political consulting from Camilo José Cela University (Spain), is a specialist in constitutional law from the University of Salamanca (Spain), and a specialist in public policy from Menéndez Pelayo International University (Spain).

He has also completed postgraduate executive training at Harvard University (USA), IESE Business School, and the Pontifical University of Comillas (Spain).

He is the author of the book La comunicación hacia los grupos minoritarios (Communication with Minority Groups) and has won three Napolitan Victory Awards, the most prestigious awards in Spanish-language political consulting.

He is currently a member and representative for Latin America of the Spanish Association of Political Communication (ACOP), a member of the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC), an associate member of the Ibero-American Union of Municipalities (UIM), and a member of the Venezuelan Association of Political Consultants (AVENCOPOL).
